The New FAST Intake for LSx Engines features an increased 92mm size. The three piece polymer (plastic) component intake manifold has given up to 20 horsepower increase on the LS1 engine and 15 horsepower on the LS6 engine, with no loss of driveability or low RPM torque. The FAST Intake is 30 percent stronger than the OEM polymer intake and unlike aftermarket aluminum intakes, the FAST polymer intake doesn't soak up heat, a problem that could increase IAT (intake air temperature) and reduce performance.
