East Coast Supercharging is one of five performance facilities to be named a Lingenfelter Authorized Installer. “The complexity and system dynamics of today’s vehicle platforms have led to a paradigm shift in how performance upgrades are developed, which includes requirements for installation and integration,” said Mark Rapson, COO/VP of Operations for Lingenfelter Performance Engineering (LPE). He added that “based on the sophistication of the C8 platform, the team realized early on that this would be a professional-only install program.” As a result, the Authorized Installer Program was born, along with the specialized tools and system integration processes.

The ECS team took the twin turbo C8 to the track last week, and the trip was a success with four consecutive 10-second passes after driving one hour down to Atco. Corvette Forum featured the results of the track day in this recent article.
The ECS team has been hard at work developing its twin turbo kit for the C8 platform for the past 1.5 years. As the project progresses towards production, it hit the dyno in August. Corvette Forum shared the exciting progress.
